The mod adds spawns of female troops, Females and Manhunters" except the Manhunters are also female, to your army. These troops have a different combat style and strategy. They can be more difficult to defeat, but they also give you more options. For example, you can use them to attack from a different angle or even attack enemies from behind.
Given that they are a Cavalry troop, the Manhunters do slightly raise the level of difficulty and the number of looters has also increased. You will also be able to fight with a different mob. You will still have to kill it and destroy its health.
